Terms & Conditions :

  • In case of :
    • (A) Tourists from approved countries reserve for 1st night stay in Thailand, 1-night accomodation with airport transfer and PCR test on arrival are mandatory required as prepayment.
    • (B) Tourists under Sandbox program (Not from approved countries) reserve for 1st night stay in Thailand, 7-nights accommodation with airport transfer and PCR test on arrival are mandatory required as prepayment.
    • Please contact reservation department to proceed prepayment request for Thailand entry document.
  • The room rates are quoted in THAI BAHT inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% applicable VAT, and 1% provincial tax.
  • Supplementary charge for festive season period (26 Dec - 7 Jan) is THB 2,500 per night.
  • Rates are inclusive of breakfast for 2 persons except Beachfornt Grand Pool Villa is inclusive for 4 persons per room per night.
  • Normal occupancy per room is 2 persons. Maximum 3 adults per room are allowed with extra person charge @ THB 2,000 net/ night inclusive of highlight benefits. (Except Studio Pool Villa and Beach Front Pool Villa)
  • 12 years and older will be considered as adults.
  • Hotel check-in time: 2.00 p.m. and check-out time: 12.00 p.m.
  • Late check-out until 18.00 hrs. is at 50% charge of the room rate while late check-out after 18.00 hrs. will be charged at 100% of the room rate.
  • Credit card details are required at the time of reservation in order to guaranteed and hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card as a guaranteed method.
  • Hotel reserves the right to renegotiate the rates if the period room type or requirement changed.
  • Guest under 12 years old are not recommended to stay at the resort. As we don't have any safety measure for children.

Child Policy (PAY AT HOTEL) :

  • Max occupancy for Studio Pool Villa and Beach Front Pool Villa are 2 person.
  • 0 - 3 years old: No extra charge with sharing existing bed with parents.
  • 4 - 11 years old: ABF charge @ THB 475 net/ child/ meal (without highlight benefits inclusion, max 1 child allowed per room).
  • 4 years old up: Extra bed included ABF @ THB 2,000 net/ night.
