Cancellation Policy

  • Credit Card Guarantee : Credit card required for reservation. No-show & early check-out will be charged the full stay.
  • Amendment & Cancellation : Free of charge if made more than 7 days prior to check-in.
  • Amendment & Cancellation : Full stay charged if made within 7 days of check-in.

  • Inclusion : Choose 1 Wellness program (Thai or Chinese). The program is for 1 person, with an additional cost of 6,500 THB per extra participant.
  • Supplment charge : Stay during 7 January - 28 February 2025 subject to an additional charge at THB 2,000 per night
  • Room Rates:Quoted in Thai Baht, inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% VAT, and 1% provincial tax.
  • Breakfast:Included for 2 persons per room (Duplex 2-Bedroom include breakfast for 4 persons).
  • Occupancy:
    • Studio Pool Villa and Beachfront Pool Villa: 2 persons.
    • Duplex Grand Pool Villa : Maximum 3 persons, with an additional charge of THB 2,000 per night for 3rd pax
    • Duplex 2-Bedroom : Accommodates 4 persons, maximum 5 persons, with an additional charge of THB 2,000 per night for 5th pax
  • Check-in/Check-out:
    • Check-in: 2:00 p.m. / Check-out: 12:00 p.m.
    • Late check-out until 6:00 p.m. is charged 50% of the room rate; after 6:00 p.m., 100% of the room rate is charged.
  • Credit Card Guarantee: Required at reservation; hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the card. Rates may be renegotiated if room type, period, or requirements change.
  • Age Restriction: Guests over 12 years old is considered Adult and child is not recommended to stay, as there are no specific child safety measures.

Child Policy (PAY AT HOTEL)

  • Studio Pool Villa & Beachfront Pool Villa: Maximum occupancy is 2 persons.
  • 4 - 11 years old: ABF charge of THB 475 net/child/meal (sharing existing bed with parents, max 1 child per room).
  • 12 years and older: Extra bed with ABF at THB 2,000 net/night.
