Cancellations within 3 days, no-shows, or early departures are subject to full stay charge.

- Work permits or proof of residence is required for Expats booker.
- Reservations can be canceled or modified up to 3 days in advance without any charge.
- The price includes a 10% service charge and a 7% value-added tax.
- Basic occupancy is 2 guests per room, except Duplex 2-Bedroom Suite is 4.
- Maximum occupancy of Duplex Grand Pool Villa and Beachfront Suite Pool Villa is 3 guests with an additional charge.
- Maximum occupancy of Duplex 2-Bedroom is 5 guests with an additional charge.
- The hotel reserves the right to change prices and conditions without prior notice
